Oklahoma City Job Board: Subcontracts AdministratorDate: 2/11/2010 Title: Subcontracts Administrator Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 10 years experience preferred. Previous experience with DoD contracting preferred. Ability to obtain DOD security clearance required. Duties: Develops major subcontracts specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontracts, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Accomplishes procurement actions in support of Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) and piece part acquisitions and over and above requirements. This position is contract Labor. Contact: Joseph Hawkins |
