Cancellations

The Oklahoma City APICS Cancellation/Refund Policy differs according to the event type. Please read the cancellation and refund policy below according to the type of event you are attending.

Professional Development Events (evening)

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts. If you have paid in advance with a credit card or check and your cancellation is received no later than 48 hours before the event starts, the Oklahoma City APICS will provide a full refund. APICS is responsible for all meal reservations therefore, "No-shows" will be invoiced.

Cancellations and Refunds after the event starts will not be allowed and you will forfeit any payment made.

Education Classes, Seminars and Other Programs

Refunds issued for cancellations made on or after the event start, as well as "no-shows" will have a $100.00 fee and cost of books withheld. Refunds for cancellations made after the registration deadline (cut-off date) but prior to the event start date will have a $50.00 fee and cost of books withheld if book order already placed. Full refunds are issued for cancellations made prior to the event registration deadline (cut-off date).

Processing a Cancellation/Refund

Anytime prior to the registration deadline, click on the sign-up link for the event and from the Reservation dropdown select "Cancel." Your cancellation is immediate. If payment has already been submitted, please contact us for a refund.
